Parkrun + Pilates
Join me for Tooting Common Parkrun followed by a Pilates & Stretch class at The Woodfield Pavilion.
Please don’t feel pressured into coming to Parkrun if that’s not your thing. If you’re just keen for the Pilates class, there is the option to just book onto that :)
Rough timings:
8.50am - Meet near the start of Tooting Common Parkrun
9am- Tooting Common Parkrun
10.15am - 45 minute Pilates & stretch class
You will be required to bring your own mat & the studio is about a 10 minute walk from the Parkrun finish!
Please note: this event is a day after my birthday, so there will be a few sweet treats - home baked! Please let me know of any allergies on the booking form.

Core, Connections & Cuddles
Mammas join us for a special afternoon of nourishing, nurturing and community in this special postnatal workshop just for you and your bubba.
This workshop is thoughtfully designed to support you as you gently rebuild strength, restore balance, and connect with your little one as well as fellow Revive mammas in a calm and welcoming space. The wonderful Freya and Suzannah will guide you through the mindful movement of yoga and the core-rebuilding benefits of Pilates, with moments to engage with baby for fun, interactive exercises for you both.
Expect gentle strengthening, deep stretching, moments of play and joy and moments of true relaxation — all tailored to support your postnatal body and spirit. With your baby by your side we’ll move together, breathe together, strengthen and take time to simply be.
There will be a break in between to enjoy a tea and some wholesome nibbles, and the chance to connect with fellow mums — share stories, ask questions, and build the kind of community that carries you through the early days of motherhood. Whether you’re looking to move, rest, or simply spend quality time with baby in the support of others, this workshop offers a beautiful space to reconnect with yourself, your baby, and others on a similar journey.
Most Suitable for babies from 8 weeks to crawling.

Pilates in the Park
Start the weekend with an energising Pilates class in the park surrounded by nature's beauty.
After we flow together, let’s enjoy a coffee and pastry at a nearby café – it’s the perfect way to unwind and connect with others.
Invest in finding joy in movement for £10.
We’ll gather in Richmond Park, and I’ll share the exact meeting point as we get closer to the date for those who reserve their spot through me. Remember to bring along a mat you feel comfortable using on the grass.
Please note that the class will depend on the weather. We’ll go ahead unless there’s heavy rain. To ensure a personal and high-quality experience, class size is limited to just 13 participants.

Power Up Your Pilates
