In this series of workshop-type classes, we will break down the fundamental Pilates movements to help improve your form & encourage a deeper connection to your body. In this 5 week online course, we will look at how to build strong foundations in our movements to build into the more intermediate / advanced mat repertoire. Don’t worry, you will simply need some space, a mat & comfortable clothes to move in.

Giggles are more than welcome in this workshop-type class. There will be points of discussion, as always tell me what you are feeling in your body & where. This will help me to help you find a deeper connection to your body.

These classes will be limited to 8 people, keeping it intimate & so I can give everyone the best possible feedback.

As always, with my pricing I want to keep things affordable & accessible.

The block of 5 sessions £90
