Join Imo & Freya for an evening of Pilates, chats, eating pizza and Yin Yoga to aid restful sleep and digestion.
Itinerary:
6pm-6.15pm: Arrivals, settling in.
6.15-7pm: Pilates (will be for all levels)
7-8pm: Pizza, time for socialising.
8-8.50pm: Relaxing yin yoga
(Leaving by 9pm)
Please note, you will need to bring your own mat.
