ABOUT
Movement has always been a huge part of my life. With a background in endurance sport and years of experience teaching Pilates and movement, I’m passionate about helping people feel stronger, more balanced and more connected to their bodies.
My classes are designed to create space to move with intention, building strength, mobility and confidence whilst also encouraging you to slow down, breathe and reset. I believe movement should feel supportive, approachable and sustainable, whether you’re completely new to Pilates and yoga or already have an established practice.
Alongside teaching group classes, I have a strong interest in recovery, mobility and mindful movement for active lifestyles. My approach combines strength, stretch and breathwork to help you move well and feel good in everyday life.
I currently teach weekly classes across SW London and love creating welcoming spaces where people can move, switch off from busy routines and take time for themselves.
