What a month

April

It's been a full month since I embraced the transition to becoming my own ‘boss’, crafting my own ‘schedule’, and defining my own concept of ‘work’. This change has brought a new sense of autonomy and freedom into my daily routine.

Although unexpected expenses have led me to forgo my usual cafe visits and gelato treats, I am genuinely appreciating the newfound freedom in my weeks.

Next month will bring a sense of ease, allowing me to truly enjoy my new schedule and share my passion for movement with others.

I take pride in establishing and keeping to my boundaries. Recently, I received offers for permanent classes on days and times I've committed to protecting for myself. While I appreciate every opportunity that arises, I have remained committed in keeping my boundaries and confidently embraced the power of saying NO.

I am continuously refining my understanding of what works best for me regarding my schedule and timing throughout the week. While some individuals appreciate the predictability of a structured workweek, I find great joy in the unique aspects each week brings.

I have also made a commitment to prioritising my personal practice, making sure I allocate time for running and training to become the best version of myself. Additionally, I am excited about the opportunity to plan and prepare for a second Reformer on the Mat Pop-Up class and to introduce Pilates in the Park, allowing for movement in the outdoors during the summer months.
